Going on vacation means for sure one thing: breaking your routine. Doing things that you do not get to do every day and not doing things that you get to do every day. And although this sounds perfect, believe me there are drawbacks. There are parts of our routines that we like and we often miss while on vacation. For example, one of the rituals that I enjoy within my weekly routine is exercising. Exercising for me is not about the looks and the slim shape. All body shapes are beautiful, attractive, sexy! Curvy or not, no number defines us, we are all perfect the way we are! Exercising gives me energy, I get to see my friends, and also, very important, it reduces considerably the guilt that graciously and generously all the chocolate calories gift me every week. This last part becomes even more dramatic on vacation. While the chocolate is not there, very easily the local dishes take its place, preceding the so deserved summer cocktails under the moonlight.

So what to do during the vacation? Eat less? NO! Get to the gym? NO! Not that practical unless it is a 4-5 star hotel. Walk more? YES! Swim more? YES! Anything else? Sure! Do just a couple of exercises in the room or on the beach, for the more brave ones. But which exercises? This is where Tamara comes in. Being always a fan of her body and her workouts, I asked her to create a video for us with just a few exercises we can do everywhere to stay in shape. They are very easy and fun. At least this is how Tamara makes it look like and I have no reason not to believe her. If you do not believe me, check out the video yourselves.
